Yes. All Cassbana services comply with Shariah rules and are certified by Eltizam.

Retailers can register through the Cassbana website easily. You will need the following documents: Commercial registry number, Personal ID, and Bank statements for at least the last 6 months.

No. Cassbana charges no interest or additional fees.

Late payment penalties may apply on a case-by-case basis. Your Cassbana account may also be suspended, preventing further purchases on credit until all dues are cleared.

Payment terms follow the agreed-upon payment schedule.

You can make payments using any of Cassbana's approved payment methods. Your payment schedule will automatically update once the payment is received.

Your request may be rejected for one or more of the following reasons: Incomplete registration on the Cassbana platform, Incorrect or invalid data, Negative or insufficient credit record, Expired commercial registry, Exceeding the allowed number of orders, or Exceeding the permitted credit limit.

You can invite the supplier to register on Cassbana. Once registered, you can transact and benefit from Cassbana's services.

Yes, you can pay early. Your payment schedule will be updated accordingly without affecting future scheduled payments.

Yes, as long as you do not exceed your credit limit and have no overdue payments.

Payments are processed within 2–7 business days after order approval by Cassbana, following deduction of the agreed-upon percentage with the merchant.

Yes. Companies that are already registered with Cassbana can be displayed on the website.

Yes. Retailer non-payment does not affect your dues. However, the buyer will be restricted from making further purchases (cash or credit) until their dues to Cassbana are settled.

Through your wholesaler account on Cassbana, you can submit the customer's purchase details. The order will then be sent to the customer for approval, after which Cassbana will finalize the necessary procedures.
