Location: Egypt/UAE (Remote is possible)

Responsibilities

• Design and build data products to maximize the impact of data science projects
• Integrate data science projects with application backend and front-end through APIs
• Monitor and optimize systems to ensure performance and reliability
• Support the data science team with deployment artifacts such as CI/CD pipelines, backend systems implementations and machine learning models deployment
• Write unit and integration tests to ensure successful and safe deployments

Qualifications

• 3+ years experience in backend or full stack web development (5+ for Senior role)
• Track record of building and deploying web applications to cloud environments
• Proficiency in Python, JavaScript (NodeJS) or C# (.Net) for backend programming
• Experience working with Relational and Non-relational databases
• Experience writing unit and integration tests
• Familiar with Distributed Systems Architectures (Microservices, Event-Driven and REST)
• Highly preferred experience in Serverless Frameworks (Azure Functions, AWS Lambda or others)
• Highly Preferred Experience in at least one front-end JavaScript library (react, angular, vue, etc…) or Android development experience
• Highly preferred experience working on data intensive applications or Machine Learning driven applications
